Castle Valley Greens and Organics, LLC (CVGO) is a Controlled Environmental Agriculture Greenhouse operation located in Newcastle, Utah. Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) has reached a stage of technological sophistication where it is ready to supplant traditional agriculture. CEA reduces seed germination time by 30%, assures 97% production rate and maintains consistent daily yields. The growing process consumes 92% less water, produces 18-20 crops annually, reduces labor cost by 65% with maximum waste of 3%. The produce is grown without the use of pesticides or chemicals.  Achieving a consistent daily harvest of high quality, sweet tasting produce at the same cost every day of the year, is obtainable, which makes annual contracts sales and consistent branding a reality.
