These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the CVGAO Farm Tasks application and related SMS notifications provided by Castle Valley Greens & Organics (“CVGAO”) for use by our staff. By using the app or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
The service
CVGAO Farm Tasks is an internal tool for assigning, scheduling, and completing farm tasks. Access is provided to authorized CVGAO staff via accounts created by an administrator.
SMS program terms
Staff who opt in may receive SMS task reminders from CVGAO Farm Tasks. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive these messages. Message frequency varies (typically up to about one per day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use & accounts
Keep your login credentials secure and use the app only for CVGAO work. We may suspend or remove access for misuse or when your role ends.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” to support day-to-day operations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
